Intimate conversations with artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and visionaries who faced the fire — and chose to rise. New episodes every Tuesday at 6:00 PM CST.
Listen Now Be a GuestDiana Staley knows what it means to stand at a crossroads and choose courage over comfort. As the author of The Courage to Start Over, she has turned her own story of reinvention into a movement — one conversation at a time.
With a background spanning the entertainment industry, corporate consulting, and wellness, Diana brings a rare depth to every interview. She does not just ask questions. She holds space for the truth that lives behind the highlight reel.
The Diana Staley Show is her platform — and your invitation to prove that starting over is not the end. It is the beginning of the best chapter yet.
Work With DianaEach week, Diana sits down with people who have walked through fire and emerged with a story worth telling — artists, executives, athletes, musicians, authors, and everyday visionaries who made the brave decision to rebuild.
These are not polished highlight reels. They are raw, real, and relentlessly hopeful. Designed for the listener who needs proof that it is not too late to become who they were meant to be.
Every guest shares the moment everything changed. The fall. The pivot. The quiet decision to get back up. Stories that make you feel seen and remind you that you are not alone.
We shine a bright light on what our guests are building right now — new albums, book launches, businesses, films, and movements. Transformation meets promotion.
More than a tagline — it is a philosophy. Every heartbreak, setback, and closed door becomes fuel for the next chapter. The one that might just be your best one yet.
No surface-level interviews. No chasing trends. Conversations with people who have actually lived the transformation they talk about — deep, honest, and filled with hard-won wisdom.
For the professional who lost it all. The creative who put their gift on a shelf. The parent who knows there is more inside them than their current circumstances reflect.
Designed for your commute, your walk, or the quiet moments when you need to remember who you are becoming. One episode at a time.
In 1967, Michael Elley shared the screen with the King of Rock and Roll himself, appearing alongside Elvis Presley in the Paramount film Easy Come, Easy Go — a Hollywood moment that would become one of the defining credits of a remarkable entertainment career. It wasn't his first brush with movie royalty, either: Elley's on-screen work also includes appearances with Charlton Heston in Paramount's The Savage (1952) and Brian Keith in Disney's Those Calloways (1965).
The music never stopped after Hollywood. A gifted singer, songwriter, musician, and producer, Elley recorded for labels including Warner Brothers Records, Millennium International Records, Filmways Records, Crescendo Records, and Air International Record Group — most notably his 1989 album Michael Elley Sings Light Waves. On stage, he performed lead roles in touring Broadway musicals, sang with Colorado's Central City Opera in its Puccini Series, headlined venues from Disneyland to Knott's Berry Farm, and made history as a citizen-diplomat entertainer in the Soviet Union from 1986 to 1989, staging major concerts in Moscow and Leningrad and appearing on three Soviet national television specials.
Today, Elley serves as President and CEO of Ultimate Earth, Inc., an environmentally focused biotechnology and manufacturing company based in Nashville, Tennessee — his ongoing mission to make a difference for the planet and its people. And he's far from finished creatively, either: his newest venture, Light Waves Musical, brings his signature music to the stage in an ambitious new theatrical project, proving that a career that began beside Elvis is still writing new chapters.
A powerful lineup is on the horizon — artists, athletes, entertainers, and elite business builders with stories worth honoring and journeys worth sharing.
